Large double room in a beautiful house in quite residential area of Acton Town.

I’m moving out to live with a friend so I need someone to take over my tenancy. This is a really nice room with a comfortable king bed and lots of integrated storage space (more than I’ve ever had)! It also comes with a desk and chair.

The house is really pretty. There is a fully fitted kitchen with separate living room, one bathroom on first floor and one shower and separate toilets downstairs. Front and back garden.

Close to Sainsbury, a small M&S, and a great Middle Eastern shop (delicious big watermelons and juicy tomatoes). Pharmacy, restaurants are 3 minutes away and Acton Town station is 5 minutes away.

Cleaner twice a month for communal area.

All bills and council tax included with unlimited WIFI.

Housemates are all working professional. They are quiet and tidy. The agent is communicative and helpful. I wouldn’t have moved had not for the opportunity to live with a friend!
