About the flat:

We have two rooms available for rent: one on the first floor with own private bathroom right next to the room (room 1 and bathroom 1 on the pictures). The room comes with a bed and built in closet. Desk, bedside table and shelves can be purchased from the current tenant.

The room on the top floor (room 2) comes with a wardrobe and chest of drawers. This is the biggest bedroom in the house. Other furnitures (bed, shelves, etc) can be left at agreement to be bought from the current tenant.

Each bedroom is on its own level, split across 2 and a half floors.
First floor: kitchen, lounge, bathroom 1, bedroom 1 (yours)
Second floor: bathroom 2 (yours shared with me), bedroom 3 (mine)
Second and a half floor: bedroom 2 (yours)

Bills are not included, but they are currently about £177 per person per month.

My name is Apolka and I am a professional working from home full time (from my bedroom).
My lovely flatmates are moving to Vietnam at the end of July so I am looking for 2 new flatmates (no couples, sorry!).
Weekdays I usually go to the gym or occasionally meet up with friends after work.
I am normally away on most weekends. :)
