Cozy single room in leafy North Acton

We live in leafy North Acton, a quiet suburb in the Borough of Ealing. Our house is located just down the road from the A40 making driving in or out of London incredibly quick, with direct connections to the M25 and the Westway into Marylebone. We are also a 5 minute walk from Acton Main Line, the Elizabeth Line station that can take you into Central London in under 15 minutes. North Acton station (central line) is also only a 12 minute walk away. Central London is around a 35 minute bike ride away with most of the route being on cycle lanes.

Lots of local amenities in Acton including a bunch of different shops (including Lidl) gyms and bars.

Our house has a large living and dining area, with a good sized garden. Two shared bathrooms with showers. There's lots of space for storage around the house and we even have our own shared bookshelf. North Acton Playing Fields are just at the end of our road too.

You'd be living with a 2 post-graduate music students at the Royal Academy of Music (23m, 30m) and a classical singer (23m) currently working full time both in the office and from home. We are a musical household, so we are ideally looking for another music student or someone who enjoys music. All of us practise at home, but never antisocially or more than a couple of hours a day.

Rent is £837 pcm + bills, which normally ends up being around £890 in total. You'll need to put down a 5 week holding deposit and one month rent in advance to the letting agency to secure the room. We are with Roberston Smith and Kempson.

On street parking is available via a permit. We have a driveway but it is already full.
