LGBT Flat W3 Newly Refurbished

Come live with me for my final summer in my flat in Poets Corner, Acton Central.

Single gay professional male here, looking for someone to come enjoy my newly refurbished flat, before I sell up and move on at the end of the summer. Marketing for sale around June/July, but happy for you to stay until completion/move out date probably around September October time.

5 min walk to Elizabeth Line (TCR in 12 mins, Canary Wharf in 20 mins), 15 min walk to Acton Town (Piccadilly/District) or North Acton (Central Line) or Acton Central (Mildmay Overground Richmond-Stratford)

Very chilled flat in a block of 8 so not too many comings/goings. I can be quite sociable or keep myself to myself depending on my mood/workload.

Big open plan living/dining kitchen to the front, which leads into the south facing balcony. Bedrooms are at the back, so they stay nice and cool throughout the summer.

It’s one bathroom, but just between two of us that’s workable. Washing machine is in a cupboard in the hallway, dishwasher, fridge freezer etc in the kitchen. Full access/usage of all kitchen facilities obviously.

Fully furnished as well, all you need is yourself, your clothes and some bedding - everything else is here.

I have a cleaner come every two weeks just to keep on top of everything too
