Super spacious room in Acton

Hi all,

We're Laurie (31), Nadine (37) and Tequila (3) and we're looking for a new flatmate for a true double room with own bathroom in our spacious flat in Acton.

Laurie is a gym girly who loves making cocktails and video games. Nadine collects LEGO sets (it's not a problem...), new recipes and videogames.
We like to occasionally have friends over for parties or boardgame evenings and would love to extend our circle with new people.

We're looking for someone who's looking for a home and not just for a room where their bed lives, as we've been in this flat for 3 years now.
You should be between 27 and 39 years and have experience living in a shared flat.
Since we have a cat, you should at least tolerate them 😅
The agency requires a contract with minimum 25k income.
The rent is £810 plus around 150 for bills (electricity, water, council tax, internet)
The room is for one person only (having friends or partner sleeping over every now and again is no problem but it shouldn't be most nights)
