I have a newly decorated double room in the Mill Hill Park Conservation area and available to rent from May. The bedroom overlooks a mature, tree-lined garden and is very quiet. We would share the upstairs bathroom. The ground floor is mostly open plan with three separate sitting areas, kitchen and cloakroom. I have a regular cleaner. I am looking for a female tenant only; no WFH's. The listed price is for a four night week, including bills.
Mill Hill Park Conservation area is filled with period houses and tree-lined residential roads. In addition the area boasts green spaces with Gunnersbury and Acton parks a short stroll away. Furthermore, Acton is a foodie haven, with wide-ranging international cuisine options. The nearby Churchfield Road in Poet's Corner is very popular with its wide range of independent shops, salons, delicatessens, wine bar, pubs, coffee shops, cafes and restaurants.
I am a 5 minute walk from Acton Town station, which is served by the District and Piccadilly lines and is in Travel card zone 3. It has excellent connections to both central London and Heathrow, making it ideal for female cabin crew. Acton Main Line, although further away, is served and managed by the Elizabeth line. If travelling by car there is easy access to the North Circular and the A4 and M4 motorway. The M1 is also easily accessible and approximately a 20 minutes away.
