Spacious En-Suite on Quiet Road

Please note the term states only 4 months as the official annual tenancy expires in June but there is always the option to extend.
We are looking for a new flatmate as the current occupant is moving abroad.

The flat consists of three bedrooms over two floors, an open plan kitchen/dining/living room space and a gorgeous south facing roof terrace. The room available is at the back of the flat; a sunny double room with an en suite with modern shower. The room comes with a bed and built in mirrored wardrobes over one of the walls. Rent includes all bills.

We both work full time professional jobs in the city, one in medical, the other as a chef. We are in work most days per week but do work remotely on Fridays and on ad hoc other occasions. We are hoping to find someone with a similar work schedule.

When at home we like to relax and unwind on our lovely sunny roof terrace with a glass of wine, cocktail and BBQ and in the winter, settle in with a film or new Netflix series. We’re looking for someone who is looking for a home, who is quite mellow (we don’t regularly have parties or loud late nights) and who is considerate of others sharing the communal spaces.

We also share our flat with an affectionate and cuddly cat named Lola so naturally, anyone enquiring needs to be ok with cats!

Parking is available on the street and will require a permit from Ealing council. We also have a weekly cleaner for the communal areas and bathrooms included in the rent. Our agent will require tenants to pass referencing checks.
