Hi future housemate!

Easy going couple, looking for housemate to join us in nice 2 bedroom house in Acton. The house is in second floor walk up.

The house is located just 7 mins walk to Acton Main line, which is just 1 station away from Paddington. North Acton station (central) is 14 mins walk away, or 4/5 stops away by bus. Available buses are 95 or 260 which will take you straight to shepherds bush or Westfield Shopping Centre. The rent is not including bills which we will shared amongst us (expecting about 100 p/m).

A bit about ourselves, I am currently doing postgrad studies, and my husband works full time. He usually out for work whole day and will be home late. Myself, usually spend quiet time in my room working on my writings. You will have complete privacy rest assured.

The kitchen is an open concept with sitting room. We had live in harmony with our previous housemate sadly she's now away for work.
