Large room to let in Acton

Room to let in a house currently occupied by three siblings and a student lodger. Seeking one additional housemate.

Two of us are professionals working in London for the NHS and a consultancy respectively, and two are students at University.

The property has been a family house for over a decade, and is well furnished, with a common bathroom and an extra shower and loo. There is a large kitchen/dining room with bay windows that look out onto the garden and a small TV room downstairs.

A cleaning lady comes by every two weeks to clean the common rooms and can be hired for extra time to clean lodgers' rooms if desired (to be negotiated directly with her). There is also a laundry machine, a drier and a dishwasher.

The current lodgers have a relatively quiet lifestyle, enjoy socializing in the kitchen a few times a week for dinner, and there are occasionally parties organized by one or the other residents and friends every few months or so.

The house is located between Acton and Chiswick, with easy access to the Mildmay, Picadilly and District lines, as well as many bus lines.

The rent cost quoted is all-inclusive. There are no additional costs.
