I am moving out to live with one of my friend's and looking for someone to take over my double room in our 3-bed flat located in a safe and residential neighborhood in Acton.

• Well-sized kitchen with plenty of space for utensils and food storage
• Clean and spacious shared bathroom
Please note we do not have a designated living room.

The double room is bright with natural light throughout the day. It comes furnished with:

• Safe and leafy, with North Acton Playing Park just 10-minute walk away
• Acton mainline station (Elizabeth line) and North Acton station (Central Line) are a 10-minute walk
• Bus stop a min-away
• Morrisons, Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's all within a 10-minute walk

💰 Rent & Bills:
• Rent: £700 per month
• Council Tax (Band D): £56 per person/month
• Utilities (Gas, electricity, water & internet): approx £110 per person/month

You will be sharing the flat with my two other flat mates, working in luxury beauty and sales operations with a hybrid work pattern. We are in our mid 20's to mid 30's. We are friendly, clean, respectful and have an easy-going vibe in the flat and are looking for someone with a similar lifestyle.

The room will be available from mid April, with an earlier possibility.

The flat is managed by an agency, so you will have to pass references to get through. We are looking only for full-time working professionals, NO STUDENTS please.
