I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into a spacious double room in our lovely flat in Acton (W3). My current flatmate is moving out for personal reasons, and I’m hoping to find someone suitable by mid-February.
The reference check will need to be completed by end-February, with the tenancy starting on 1st May (April move-in can be discussed).
