About Us - Your Hosts:
You’ll be sharing the ground-floor flat with a warm Brazilian-Italian family (couple + our friendly 10-year-old son).
We’re multilingual (English, Portuguese, Italian and Spanish) and love creating a relaxed, respectful home environment.
We’re live-in hosts, so the house is always looked after and secure.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Single occupancy only
- Responsible full-time professional (ideally £45k+ annual salary) or student with a UK guarantor or upfront payment
- Someone tidy, quiet and respectful who will treat the house like their own home
Note: Unfortunately, due to our current household arrangements, we cannot accept applicants who intend to claim Housing Benefit or Universal Credit.
Terms & Requirements:
This is a lodger (excluded occupier) agreement within a live-in family home.
- Rent: £1,500 per month (all bills, council tax and broadband included).
- Payment: Due on the 1st of each month via Standing Order
- Deposit: One month's rent
- Minimum stay: 6 months (longer stays very welcome)
- Availability: Flexible move-in dates
Successful lodgers will be required to provide:
- Last 6 months’ bank statements
- Proof of employment or student status
- Previous landlord or personal references
House Rules:
- No pets.
- Quiet hours after 10pm
- No smoking anywhere on the property
- The lodger is responsible for keeping their own room, private bathroom and shared areas clean and tidy
