We’re multilingual (English, Portuguese, Italian and Spanish) and love creating a relaxed, respectful home environment.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
– Single occupancy only.
– Responsible professional or student.
– A tidy, quiet, and respectful person to share the home.
Note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept Housing Benefit / Universal Credit claimants.
TERMS & REQUIREMENTS:
This is a lodger agreement in a live-in home.
– Rent: £1,400 per month (all bills, council tax and broadband included).
– Deposit: One month's rent.
– Minimum stay: 6 months (longer stays very welcome).
– Availability: Flexible move-in dates.
Successful lodgers will be required to provide:
– Photo ID verification.
– Proof of employment or student status.
HOUSE RULES:
– No smoking.
