Spacious furnished room in a lovely Acton flat available for a working professional 💕 I’m moving back to Aus and sad to be leaving this homely place!

✨The room has a double bed, two chests of drawers, a wardrobe and desk with chair. The plant can also stay in your room or we can move it 🪴 I’m happy to leave the full length mirror as well!

✨The kitchen connects to a lovely balcony, which is the best place to hang out in the warmer months. There’s one bathroom with a bath/shower, and a large living room/dining space.

🥑🚆You’ll be close to the high street with a local Sainsbury’s, big Morrisons and plenty of other shops, and close to Acton Main Line (Elizabeth Line) and Acton Central (overground - Mildmay). It’s also a 20 min walk away from North Acton station (Central line). You’re a bus ride away from Shepherd’s Bush and Westfield White City, as well as Chiswick.

💕You’ll be sharing with the lovely Daina who has been living here for over 10 years and is honestly amazing to live with!

💸Rent is £800 not including bills - including bills I typically would pay around 980 in summer and 1,090-1,100 in the winter months.

Deposit will be £807.50

📆Move in date will be close to/end of March, subject to reference checks. We’re ideally looking for someone who has full time work to make the process with the agents a lot quicker and seamless for all of us 💕
