Small double sublet (potential takeover) in W3

We are looking for a month-long sublet (with a potential for a tenancy takeover) in our spacious three-bed house in East Acton.

The room is a tiny double room (box room) with some storage and a big window letting a lot of daylight in. The house has a specious living room with a couch and a dining table, there's also a TV with a firestick and most subscriptions. We have one small bathroom with a shower-bath situation. Kitchen is spacious with a decently sized fridge and communal spice cabinet so you can cook to your heart's content. There is a small back garden as well where you can hang your laundry (that is if the London weather in nice for once).

We are a sociable house, but we also value our own time and are respectful of each other. Community and time together is really welcomed in this house as we already live in the world full of strangers!

Connia (26) is from Canada working in big Pharma just outside of London. Her working pattern is 3 days in the office 2 at home, but even then she is often out and you'd have plenty of time to enjoy the house. She is interested in anything sports related, she does ballet and enjoys a cheeky pint on the weekend.

Jakub (24) is a queer, Scouse-Polish new grad who just recently moved to the big city 6 months ago. He works 2 days a week in the office at a Government IT company. You can often find him reading, playing pickleball, finding niche vinyls and enjoying a good filter brew coffee.

We are in a bit of a dire situation where our current flatmate is in an emergency situation and are looking for someone who would ideally need the room asap! Note the room may also be up for a tenancy takeover of 5 months, let us know what you prefer!
We are looking for someone of a similar age, and also a working professional! Someone who would like to have a nice meal and fancy wine to chat about the latest episode of Traitors or something :D Sorry no weed smokers or only outside tabacco smokers!
