About the flat:
I cannot stress how beautiful this flat is!! Very light and airy, in a safe secure building and not even a 5 min walk away from the tube! The closest tube is Acton Town (District and Piccadilly line) it also is very close to the Elizabeth line if you go via Ealing broadway two stops away on the district line and it has amazing buses and transport links. Chiswick is not even a ten minute walk away and will be so beautiful in the summer. Gunnersbry park is only 10min walk away and there’s always so many events going on there!

About the room:
The room is a double in a large cozy space can fit desk, wardrobe chest of drawers in there also there is a separate cupboard outside the room. It’s very spacious and can make it your own! You will have a huge bathroom with lots of space and storage and has a bath aswell very modern and very clean!

About me:
So im Precia I’m 25 years old and I’m really wanting to find a girly vibey flatmate! I’m originally from Southampton I moved to London almost three years ago and this has been my first home and I love it! I’m super social I love trying new restaurants, cafes love going on hot girl walks and grabbing a matcha and I love an occasional night out. I respect people’s space and privacy whenever down time is wanted and I’m super clean and tidy! I do love a good wine and yap aswell haha!
