This place has been an absolute dream in the 2 years we have been here. It’s nice and bright, gets lovely sun in the living room in the day, and the bedroom in the summer evenings, my house plants are v happy. There is no damp or mould problems (the first time I’ve ever had this living in the uk), and the few minor things we’ve needed done, the agency has had fixed and working pretty much immediately. It’s the perfect place for a couple, or someone living solo. We’ve been super happy living here, and if we hadn’t bought somewhere we wouldn’t have any doubt in staying put.
