Bright double room over looking a large garden with small double bed, built in wardrobes, large chest of drawers, bookcase and bedside table. White walls and real wooden floors. Room is at the back of property, which ensures privacy. Use of gorgeous lounge, fully equipped kitchen (and yes, an air fryer!) and large garden. Wifi is strong throughout the property with added "pods" to ensure a great connection at all times.

Chilled, clean and fun household. Note that my 18 year old daughter may also be here during uni holidays

I am based 5 minutes from Churchfield Rd where there is a fabulous array of great pubs, independent shops, restaurants and coffee shops.

Great travel connections - 10 minutes from the Lizzie Line at Acton main line with super fast connections to central London and beyond; 8 minutes to Acton Central (overground); 5 minute bus ride to North Acton for central line. Buses on the Uxbridge Rd to Shepherds bush and Hammersmith every few minutes.

I have a super-chilled and friendly cat called Dave who also resides here.

Please note if you work from home more than 2 days a week - the rent will increase by £35 to cover additional bills.
