The Studio Room offers complete privacy as you would be the only tenant on the top floor with your private en-suite bathroom.

It comes with a luxury sofa bed which is very convenient for the occasional guest or relative visiting.

The Studio Room has a proper desk area with a comfortable chair and a peaceful view. It's ideal for working from home.

The Ottoman bed can be lifted and has plenty of storage underneath. The room has a wonderful skylight which gives a cosy atmosphere to the room and amazing light. The mattress is high quality.

The ensuite-bathroom is really modern and the shower is spacious. It also has plenty of storage with two big cabinets.

The Kitchen has all the latest appliances with a BOSCH Washer/Dryer , a BOSCH Dishwasher and a BOSCH frost free fridge. You only share the kitchen with two flatmates.

There is a huge communal storage room where you can keep your big suitcases and extra belongings.

There is a 40 inch Sony Plasma TV in the room which you can use if you want or remove if you don't need.

Your two flatmates are a 25 year old male architect from Lithuania and a 24 year old female British IT consultant. They are very friendly and tidy.

The move in date is flexible: it could be anytime between the 15th of September to 26th of October. The tenant has a contract until the 26th of October but can leave as soon as the 15th of September

-Bus Stop in front of the house takes you to North Acton ( zone 2 central line) in 5 mins, to Willesden Junction (zone 2 bakerloo line) in 10 mins and Hammersmith ( Zone 2 piccadilly line ) in 15 mins.
-10 mins to Chiswick with the bus E3
-For the motorists, you have access to the A40 in 5 mins which gets you to central london in less than 15mins.
