The ensuit has a shower/bath, toilet and sink.

The bedroom has a big built in cupboard with lots of hanging space and shelves.

Everyone in the house is really nice, mixed nationalities and professional.

There are 5 bedrooms in total but it is a very quiet house.

Please know that there is no communal living area (tv room/ living room).

The house is between numerous trains (district and Piccadilly line is 15 minute walk, central line is a 10 min walk, overground is 10 mins walk and acton mainline is 5 mins away). There's a big Morrisons supermarket only 5 minutes walk down the road along with many other shops.

We have a nice big garden (which is great in summer (the fence is in the process of being fixed)) and a large kitchen with plenty of space.

Wifi is included in the rent.

The rent is £750 for a single and £800 for a couple.

Smoking isn't allowed inside but you're more than welcome to in the garden.
