A cosy room upstairs in a friendly, clean, quiet home in a quiet neighbourhood. There's a single bed, a chest of drawers in the room. The house is completely detached, with a nice and cosy open plan kitchen living room. It also has a toilet downstairs and a bathroom upstairs.

We are professionals and friends, generally, get on with our own lives and living in a home that runs smooth. We are all mates, so will sometimes share a cuppa/glass of wine, Netflix session, BBQ and Table Tennis at the garden. You're welcome to make yourself at home and use all the communal areas.

We live here for a long time, as we love this house and been always lucky to find nice people to live with. The room is available from 19th of October and can be negotiated to the right person.

There's a big garden at the back and storage space in the garage.

The area is calm and close to the High Street with a variety of shops (Morrisons, Lidl, Iceland, Boots, Superdrugs, Specsavers, Savers), banks and Gyms. It has great transport links to central London:

Acton Town (zone 3- Piccadilly and District lines)
Turnham Green (zone – District line and Piccadilly very early or late)
South Acton (Zone 3- Overground)
Buses-
207 /607 – takes about 15 min to Shepherds Bush (Zone 2- Central line)
70- takes about 7 min to East Acton (Zone 2- Central Line)
266- takes about 15 min to Hammersmith (Zone 2- Piccadilly and District Lines)
