Whole basement with double bedroom and living room

Lovely spacious basement room with own private reception/living room and toilet in a very large house overlooking the park in Aldersbrook, East London. My daughter recently left to go to university leaving me (Rachel 56) and my lovely, friendly dog here with far too much space………

So I am looking for a friendly, open, easy going female to come and join us. I am a very laidback landlady – I don’t have loads of silly rules – I am just looking for someone who I get along with and we both enjoy sharing the space..

The basement (which you will have sole use of) is comprised of a large bedroom, separate living room and own toilet, with shared use of the kitchen and bathroom in the main part of the house. The basement is accessed via a set of stairs down to the hallway, leading to the basement's private living room, which is clean and extremely spacious. Separated by a large screen door is the bedroom, which again is a generous size, with a window. Further down the hallway is the private toilet, which also has a basin sink, towel rail and dressing table. The basement is clean and neutrally decorated, with laminate flooring throughout, and offers much more space and privacy than the average house share.

On the ground floor of the house there is shared use of the kitchen, which is large and modern, with ample facilities. On the first floor is the main bathroom (with bath and shower), which you will have sole use of most of the time.

There is also a large south facing garden and off street parking.

Right opposite the house is Wanstead Park, which is part of Epping Forest, with lakes and wildlife. The Elizabeth Line at Manor Park overground station is approximately 20 minutes' walk away or 5 minute bus ride away, , and Wanstead/ Leytonstone underground stations (Central Line) are approximately 25 minutes' walk away or 10 minute bus ride away.
