The bay windows in the living room bring sun and light throughout the day. Fantastic kitchen space and a large guest toilet/bathroom.

Access to the 7th floor roof top garden with views across London. There is also a private car parking space. Jo's apartment is my best rental experience so far.

Electric and WiFi shared with other tennant, circa £50 per month.

First of all, Jo is a very friendly landlord, easy to communicate and always answer my questions in time. Harri is very easygoing, considerate and clean. We often eat together and help each other. (I think it’s important to have a good landlord and roommate)

The location of the apartment is very good, Tesco downstairs, Barbican station is close too. Also, the surrounding make me feel safe. There are many plants on the top floor of the apartment, and you can see the London Eye.

The apartment has a large living room with good lighting. The room is an ensuit, so I have plenty of private space.
