Double bed in a great area

Your Bedroom

Hey Roomie,
My current housemates is moving out in May and I’m looking for someone likeminded to share my 2 bed 2 bathroom flat with.
Room-
The room itself has a double bed, 2 x double wardrobe, bedside tables* and a chest of drawers*. (*ones in image are mine but flat mate has some I can put in the room). You’ll have the main bathroom to yourself as I have an en-suite and I have pretty much fully furnished the flat too although will welcome a few new additional bits if you have them. We also have a private double terrace with a bbq and sun-loungers and there is also a roof terrace!
Area-
The area is amazing and keeps getting better with loads of great bars and restaurants popping up, cinema, supermarkets (tesco, sainsburys, Amazon fresh and a Waitrose) and is a couple minutes walk from Aldgate East tube station.
About me-
I’m a social 33 year old, originally from Liverpool but lived here over 10 years now. I work as an Office Manager and I’m in the office everyday. I love going out for dinner/drinks, gigs, nights out, making the most of the city, (try) to keep active and a love a binge of a good (& plenty of trash) series.
Looking for-
Someone who I can get to know. Completely get we have separate lives and equally like my own space but would like to live with someone who I can have a glass of wine of an evening, catch up and feel like we’re not strangers.
Clean and respectful; I’m social but I’ve grown out of the afters and keep my home as a place of peace
No students/couples I’m afraid and someone who’s in the office a few days a week as there isn't really a WFH set up.
Extras-
The rent is £1050 and the bills roughly come to £220pm
