We are looking for a new flatmate to join our friendly flatshare right in the heart of East London. If you want an unbeatable Zone 1 location with great flatmates and modern amenities, this is the place for you!

The Room & The Flat
The Room: A bright, clean, and fully furnished bedroom. It comes with a bed, a built-in mirrored wardrobe, wall shelving, and a desk-and-chair setup that gets plenty of natural light, perfect for occasional WFH days.

The Kitchen: A fully equipped modern kitchen with bright white cabinets, wooden countertops, built-in oven, microwave, and a washing machine.

The Bathroom: A clean bathroom featuring a walk-in shower with a glass screen and a heated towel rail.

The Outdoor Space: The flat complex has a lovely, quiet communal courtyard where you can relax while taking in direct views of the stunning City skyline (the Gherkin is right there!).

To make life a little easier and keep the flat looking its best, we also have a cleaner who comes twice a month to take care of the communal areas. It takes the pressure off everyone's chore schedule and ensures the kitchen and bathroom stay sparkling clean!

The Vibe
You’ll be sharing with 3 friendly young professionals. We keep the flat clean and respect each other's space and schedules, but we're always happy to have a chat in the kitchen. We are looking for a like-minded professional who is tidy, responsible, and easygoing.

Available: March 20th
Rent: £800 pcm
Bills: £100 pcm
Total: £900 pcm
Contract length: 6 months minimum (12 months highly preferred)
Tenant Requirement: Minimum salary of £27,000/year (agency requirement).
