A good sized bedroom with en-suite. The room can come furnished or unfurnished depending on the new housemates request. Bedroom furniture seen in the photos is the current housemates who is willing to sell these items at a reasonable price.

Bills come to an additional £200-250 each (depending on the season). This includes, council tax, electricity, fibre broadband, and a weekly cleaner.

Steven - Works in interior design, I love to meet new people, travel as much as possible. Having lived in the flat for 5 years, i have tried to make the flat a home and not just somewhere to sleep.

Simon - Environmental Consultant that owns his own business. Splits his time between London and Nottingham.

Both of us are easy to get along with and respectful of each others privacy. Looking for likeminded people who will want to share a bottle of wine or enjoy a night in cooking and watching movies.
