The room is available from July 1st but i can be flexible if you’d like to move in later on in the month.

I am looking for a new housemate to join me in this beautiful apartment, located in Aldgate East (Zone 1) just a stone throw away from the station. It’s a STEAL when you look at what's available out there.

Flat & Room:

The room comes fully furnished (unfurnished if requested) with a double bed, a 3 door wardrobe which has plenty of storage and a big desk.

The apartment offers a spacious bathroom equipped with a bathtub and shower, a large and fully equipped kitchen (dish washer included), dining area, living room with a 4K definition Smart TV (Surround Sound) with Netflix and Prime Video. On the lower ground, there is a big communal garden and tennis court.

Money:


Rent is £900pcm and bills come out to about £150pcm (includes electricity, gas, water, council tax and broadband)

Me:

My name is Leon. 34yo born and raised in London but the family is from Cyprus. I am a Graphic Designer and work in Old Street between 9-5 Mon to Fri. I enjoy chilling at home either watching Netflix or designing. I tend to go out quite often for dinner and drinks in town or Shoreditch.

You:

Ideally looking for someone who is pretty relaxed, and a professional with a full-time job. You should be fun and cool, but someone who respects privacy and cleans up after themselves. This isn’t a party home but you are welcome to have friends over.

The apartment is located in Zone 1 and surrounded by many shops gyms, restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets; Sainsbury's, Tescos & Waitrose.

Spitalfields Market is only 15min walking distance and a great vibe on the weekends. St Katherines Docks and Tower Bridge are also 15mins away. The docks have great restaurants.

Aldgate East Tube station (District, Circle & Hammersmith) 5mins walking distance. Whitechapel Overground station 10mins walking distance.
Liverpool Street Station (Circle Line) 20mins walking distance.
