Since I booked this contract with EARLY BIRD PRICES, if you take over this contract, you will PAY LESS than the current asking price for studios at this building!!

The facilities here are excellent, and the building was recently refurbished as of 2021. The studio has a small double bed, private kitchen, private bathroom. There is on-site laundry in the building as well as many amenities such as a games room, study spaces, a cinema room, GYM, and more social spaces.
The building provides high speed wifi and 24 hour support.
There is CCTV, bike storage, and post & parcel service.
