We're looking for a wonderful new housemate to join 2 young professionals living at the Wool House in East London.

It's conveniently located within walking distance to key transport links and excellent going out areas.

- 9 mins walk to Aldgate (Circle, District, Metropolitan)
- 10 mins walk to Shadwell (DLR, Overground)
- 15 mins walk to Shoreditch
- 6 mins walk to Brick Lane

We're on the top floor of the original building with a view of the London skyline. The flat has a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom (shared with just 1 flatmate as the third room has on-suite).

Costs:

881.2 per month for rent
140-160 per month for council tax, utilities, internet

Who you'll be living with?

Fabio 34, from Italy but lived practically everywhere (US, Denmark, Belgium, Morocco), is a young professional working at a start-up accelerator for crypto and metaverse companies. He likes travelling, music, scuba diving, yoga in his spare time and is often in Milan to see his family and partner.
The second flatmate is tbc as we're looking to sublet the other room from July but they will also be a young professional of similar age.
Last, we have a sweet house cat called Derpie. She's 5 years old, well-behaved, and won't get in your way only for an occasional cuddle. If you have pet allergies that's worth considering.

We're looking for someone who enjoys living independently but would join cooking together or going for a drink occasionally.
