Hi there!

We’re looking for a friendly female flatmate to take over our current flatmate's tenancy contract for an en-suite room in our flat from 23rd June to 30th September, with an option to extend the lease for another year.

About the Room and Rent:
- The en-suite room is part of a 3-bedroom flat.
- Rent: £916 per month + bills (approximately £160 per month).
- (Note: Rent may increase upon lease extension.)

About the Flat:
- The flat features an open-plan kitchen (fully equipped) and a small balcony.
- Located in a very well-connected area next to the East London Mosque.
- Whitechapel and Aldgate East stations are both a 7-minute walk away, and Aldgate station is a 15-minute walk away.
- Transport links include the Elizabeth line, H&C, District, and Overground services (Circle and Metropolitan line from Aldgate station).
- The area is quite safe, with a Tesco Express about a 4-minute walk away.

About Us:
- We are two Indian working professionals who value kindness, mutual understanding, and high standards of hygiene.
- We clean up after ourselves and expect the same from our flatmates.
- This is not a party house, but we do occasionally host dinner or lunch gatherings with a mixed group of friends.
- We enjoy watching movies together, chatting in the living area, and having some tea.

What We’re Looking For:
- A female flatmate who is clean, agreeable, and friendly.
- Someone who can maintain the peaceful and respectful environment of our home.
