The flat consists of two rooms. The main room is occupied, and the ad is for the single room. The shared space includes the kitchen, living room, balcony, storage spaces, laundry area and the bathroom. The flat comes with a laundry machine equipped for washing and drying. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of kitchen ware and appliances which you are welcome to use with consideration and responsibility. The rent includes all the bills including council tax.
I am currently enrolled at KCL and mostly spend time with extracurricular activities. I am very mindful about personal space and cleanliness. I am always very welcoming and open to meeting new people. I speak English and Spanish.
