We have a double room for rent with its own bathroom in our flat in Aldgate East. I'm planning to move out at the end of May and so we are looking for someone to take over my tenancy.
I've loved living here as it's such a handy location and the flat is very spacious. Both my flatmates, Jess and Jemma are lovely and the flat is calm and easy going.
Jemma has an adorable cat Bailey who is pictured so anyone moving in would have to be happy to live with her too. We also cannot accept anymore animals into the flat because of Bailey.
We would prefer a woman to take the 3rd bedroom and for them to be a professional who is reliable with payments and communication. Jess sorts our bills and that but costs £121.73 for electricity and broadband currently.
We're a friendly and relaxed flat who enjoy watching TV series or films together but also respect each others space.
