Room available in East London from April 1st

Hey everyone,

I’m moving out of my flat towards the end of March, and am looking for someone to move in from April 1st.

The room is a single room in a flat in East London, located near Aldgate East and Shadwell, with excellent transport links:
- 15-minute walk to Tower Hill and Aldgate East
- 25-minute walk to Liverpool Street
- 8-minute walk to Shadwell Station (central line & DLR station)
- 7-10 minute walk to loads of buses

There’s a large Tesco just 10 minutes away, as well as smaller Tescos, Sainsbury’s, and plenty of other shops within walking distance. The area has lots of cafés, a cinema around 10 minutes away, and Shoreditch is a 25-minute walk. It’s a lively neighbourhood, but the flat is on a quiet street.

You’d be sharing with three other girls- two working professionals and one full-time student.

Rent is £750 per month, with around £100 for bills, so approximately £850 in total. Bills do vary slightly each month.

We’re looking for someone clean, respectful, and kind. Preferably a female between the ages of 22-30.
