Hi! I'm Abbas, a 23-year-old software engineer looking for a flatmate to share this brilliant modern flat right above Aldgate East station.

About me:
I'm pretty laid-back and respectful of personal space, but always up for a chat, movie night, or heading out for a pint. I keep the place tidy, work regular hours coding, and spend my free time at the gym, writing film reviews on Letterboxd, and hanging out with mates. I'm relaxed about having friends over and looking for someone with a similar vibe – calm, easy-going, and respectful.

About the flat:
This is a brand new build with a proper modern feel. Your room is ensuite, so you'll have complete privacy and your own bathroom. The flat has great natural light, an excellent view, and comes with a TV in the common area. Location-wise, you can't beat it – literally on top of the station, perfect if you work in Shoreditch or Spitalfields.

The situation:
I've put an offer in but need to move quickly to secure it, so I'm looking for someone who can commit soon.
