A two-bedroom flat with a shared bathroom, kitchen, and lounge featuring exposed brickwork and large warehouse windows (with secondary glazing).
Fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, etc.
Secure building with a lift and concierge – great for parcel deliveries!

Bills & Transport:
Bills NOT included: Gas, Electric, Water, WiFi, and Council Tax (split equally). I can provide rough estimates.

This room would suit someone who commutes to an office, though occasional WFH is fine (there’s a desk in the room). I’m looking for someone considerate and easygoing—no party people, please!
