Lovely double room near Ally Pally/Wood Green ASAP

Everyone who sees our flat says how light and spacious it is, so come and see it for yourself as the pictures don't do it justice!

The bedroon is furnished with a double bed, 2 bedside drawer units, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It's a converted loft, so it's pretty big.

Rent is £600 and including bills is approximately £720.

We have a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, WiFi, 42" TV with Netflix and Amazon. We also have a cleaner that comes once a fortnight.

Our lounge is light and spacious, a nice place to just chill out in and at New Years we can even see the fireworks from there.

We are an 8 min walk from Alexandra Palace national rail station and a 12 min walk from Wood Green tube station. There are also regular buses from either end of our street (W3, 184, 102, 299).

Current housemates are two professionals in their 30's who are friendly, easy going and tidy. We respect each other's space but we also like to chat and catch up at the end of a day.

No couples and no pets.

We're arranging viewings most evenings or weekends and are looking for someone to move in ASAP.
