Alexandra Palace maisonette (3 beds 1 bathroom)

My housemate is relocating out of London on 16th April and we are seeking a new housemate for our much loved, beautiful and relaxing flat.

The flat is a first floor maisonette located just around the corner from Alexandra Palace. The room is the second biggest on the first floor with excellent space and view of our leafy surroundings.

The first floor comprises two bedrooms , a bathroom and a kitchen that we share. The kitchen is an excellent size, well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven and plenty of storage space. We also have a small spare room we affectionately call the “snug”, which has a television used for movie nights, as well as a folding sofa bed for guests.

The bedroom comes unfurnished, and is an excellent space with a large window. We all get along very well, we are girls aged between 24 and 30, all working in education. Ideally we want someone who is relaxed and friendly and who loves the flat as much as we do. The loft room upstairs is huge and opens onto the massive roof patio, which we use communally for chilling, socialising and having friends over. The space is really lovely in the summer, especially as it has a beautiful view of Alexandra Palace. We would really like the new flatmate to be relaxed and sociable, we have a good balance of relaxing after a hard days work, as well as socialising together.

We are down the hill from Muswell Hill Broadway in one direction, with all the shops, bars and restaurants you could ever want. Alexandra Palace station is a five minute walk, with direct trains to Moorgate, Old Street, Highbury and Islington and Finsbury Park for the Victoria line. Alternatively there is the 184 bus which stops just around the corner and takes you to Wood Green tube in about 6 minutes, where you can get the Piccadilly line. Bounds Green on the Piccadilly line is also a 15 minute walk away.
