We are looking for a new housemates (working professional) to join our lovely home in north London as our current housemate is sadly leaving us to move in with their partner.

There are 2 bathrooms, lounge and seperate dining room, large kitchen with dishwasher, a utility room with washing machine and a seperate dryer and hugeee garden (perfect for summer bbQs!! & we also own a ping pong table)🍷

We also have a driveway so there’s space for parking 2 cars.

The house backs on to Alexandra Park and is walking distance to the palace so perf for going to any gigs and events on!


The room is £770 per month, it has a huge wall wardrobe and also has space for a desk. Deposit is £850 each and bills aren’t included.

Alexandra Palace overground station is a 5 minute walk away with trains every 10 mins direct to Finsbury Park, Highbury & Islington and Kings X. Or a short walk to Bounds Green or Wood Green underground station for the Piccadilly line.

Muswell Hill is also very close by for loads of cute shops, supermarkets, a cinema and local restaurants & pubs!

About us!!!

We’re a couple both originally from London, Fin (24) works as a music producer and works for an arts charity part time, he’s an avid Arsenal fan and also loves cooking! I’m 27 and work as a bar manager in Camden, a veggie and a (terrible) plant mother. We’re both super laidback and up for doing things occasionally as a house to the pub or staying in to watch crap tv or having games nights, but equally can respect each other’s down time!

We also have one of the other rooms filled with a new housemate called Cameron who will be joining us in April.
