We are three working professionals who are very friendly, respectable and clean, looking for a like-minded new flatmate. Sham is from Eritrea works for a charity, Nick is from Greece works in banking and Isabel is Spanish and works in luxury retail. Unfortunately, our current flat mate is moving back to Scotland after living here for a few years.

The house is in an excellent location with Blackwall DLR station being only 5 minutes away, All Saints DLR 3 minutes away, and Canary Wharf just 15 minutes away. There are also 24-hour bus links to Old Street, Shoreditch and Central around the corner, with tons of local business, shops, and amenities minutes away. Ideal for a person working in Canary Wharf or the City, with Bank being only 12 minutes on the DLR.

The room is available for rent on the 15th December. The tenancy agreement is for a minimum of 6 months contract.

Rent: £600 excluding bills. Our bills are usually between £90-100 per month which includes Broadband Internet (stable and fast so perfect for home working), Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, TV License, Water and household cleaning products!
