The house is 5 minutes’ walk from Birkbeck mainline train/tram station (for journeys towards London Bridge, Beckenham Junction and, East and West Croydon), 15 minutes from Elmers End mainline train/tram station (for journeys towards London Bridge, Charing Cross, Waterloo East, Cannon Street, East and West Croydon and Wimbledon), 15 minutes from Kent House mainline station (for journeys towards Brixton, Victoria, Bromley South and Orpington) and 20 minutes from Anerley mainline station (for journeys towards West Croydon, Dalston, Stratford, Canada Water, Shoreditch High Street, and Highbury and Islington). For international travellers, there are excellent links to Gatwick, which is 45 minutes by train/tram.

The location is also served by several bus routes and is within 5 minutes walk of the local Co-op, Aldi, post office, gym, fish & chip shop, coffee shop and nail bar.
