The room is a good size on second floor with a lift. Comes with a bed and plenty of storage. The large desk that’s pictured won’t be there. The rest of the flat consists of my room and open plan kitchen/ living room as well as 2 full bathrooms. There’s some storage in the corridor.

I’m looking for someone chilled and tidy who would also be happy to hang out occasionally, share a meal, go to a gig or watch TV shows. Please tell a bit about yourself if you message.

It's a pretty easy commute from the flat, overground Anerley is a short walk away and with trains from Kent House station taking you to Brixton in 15 mins, Victoria in 20 mins, Blackfriars in 20 mins. One stop train from Norwood junction gets to London Bridge in 12min. There's an Aldi , Co-op and Tescos nearby.

Penge and Crystal Palace are both very close and are lovely areas to hang out with many cafes, pubs, and lots of green spaces. Betts park is just behind the house. There’s also a decent size shared garden with a shed for bikes.

I am a photographer and I work 2-3 days a week from home. At home I keep things clean and tidy, and I’m respectful and considerate. Outside of work I like going to theatre shows and exhibitions, movies, concerts and nature walks. I love to cook and I’m vegan. I take a liberal outlook on life, with an interest in politics and current affairs. I’m fully vaccinated. Probably helps if you're similarly minded.

The rent is £575 per calendar month, some bills are included - apart from Council tax £75 and whatever electricity is that month currently about £60 each plus a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks - £56 each. This can be a short or a long term arrangement.
