I’ve got a cozy, bright single room available in Anerley. The room comes furnished with a single bed, a two-door wardrobe, a fold-away desk (perfect for WFH days), and a nightstand—compact but comfy.
The living room is shared and fully equipped with a sofa, dining table, and TV, making it a nice spot to relax, eat, or unwind after a long day.
The area & transport
The flat is super well connected: just a 2-minute walk to Anerley Overground station, around 20 minutes on foot to Crystal Palace, and a 16-minute walk to East Penge rail station. Bus links are also excellent, so getting around London is easy.
About me
I work full-time on a hybrid basis (office + home). Outside of work, I’m into yoga, long walks, movies, music, cheese, and wine—and, like most Londoners, I love a good trip away when I can.
Who I’m looking for
