I am advertising a newly decorated double room in a two bedroom property with a garden. The room is partially furnished with a double bed (with under-bed storage), chest of drawers, and bedside table.

The property includes a new bathroom with shower, washer dryer, gas central heating, and Virgin Media Wi-Fi. You would be sharing with one quiet professional who works from home. This room is therefore ideal for someone who does not work from home and values a calm living environment.

I am looking for someone who is clean tidy and respectful and easy to live with, with a good sense of humour and considerate of shared spaces.

Must be comfortable living with pets, I have cats.
Professional or student preferred; no home workers as I work at home myself
