Hi there. The room is spacious, quite and has a lot of storage. The flat is a 2 bed flat and very airy and light and quite. It has a balcony and communal gardens. There is free parking in front of the house. The room would suit a professional Non smoker. Who appreciates a quite and clean house to relax and chill. Deposit is £800. The room is available short term from 22 January till latest 1 March but I also accept people for staying for 1 month in that time. A bus stop is just 2 Minutes away and also a night bus. Its walking distance to Anerely and Crystal Palace and trains are going to London bridge, Victoria and the over ground is running there too. please contact me for viewings and questions the price is for single occupancy.
