I am a freelance photographer and I have been living in this flat for over 4 years. My flatmate is moving out at the end of December. I am doing some decorating works in January and am looking for a new flatmate to take the 2nd bedroom from 3rd February.

It is a large double with a big south facing window looking onto quiet and leafy Noel Road.

The room has its own bathroom which you will have sole use of which has a shower and bath.

The room comes with a bed (in picture) and mattress and a large wardrobe.

The flat is in a building of 8 flats at the top of Noel Road- 4 min walk from Angel tube. It is also 30 seconds from the entrance to Regents Canal.

Bills are included in this rent which also includes a thorough cleaner once every two weeks and broadband.

The flat is 2 bed and 2 bathroom with a laundry room which has washer and dryer. Upstairs is open-plan kitchen and living room opening out onto a South facing terrace.

I am clean, calm and I love architecture and art.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the building. There is no smoking inside but you are welcome to smoke on the terrace.
