One of our flatmates has moved back to Australia due to the Corona Virus and we're looking for someone to replace him as soon as possible!
Location is incredible - a ton of bars and restaurants at your doorstep, and only a 7 minute walk to Angel tube. Massive Sainsburys and Waitrose minutes away as well as Chapel Market and Vue Cinema. 18 minute walk to Kings Cross, and great transport links all around.
We're three gay guys. José is a working professional and graduate in International Politics from King's College, Sid is a working professional in hair styling, and Qussai is a graduate in International Relations at King's College. We're friendly, outgoing, clean and we're looking for someone who is the same.
There's no lounge, but the room is bright and cozy! Complete with a desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, double bed. The cost is £625pcm not including bills. Just a note to be aware of: we estimate bills at around £70 a month and include Wifi, Electric, Gas, and Water and council tax.
The price is pretty darn good for the location and bills are pretty good (we've looked for the best deal in town).
