A room will be available in my apartment as of January 4th 2020 just off Essex Road (could possibly be available as off January 2/3rd, if you need an earlier move in date) open and roughly a 5-10min walk from Angel. It’s a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment in a modern building.
I live in the apartment already, I am a 38 year old professional working for Allianz in the city centre. I am quite laid back and respectful of other people’s space and like to keep things clean and tidy. I am originally British but lived internationally for around 20 years (Vienna, Hawaii, Munich) and speak English and German.
The room is a good sized double bedroom with floor to ceiling windows that incorporates a sliding door that can It comes fitted with 1 x double bed, 1x wardrobe. It is worth mentioning that as the flat includes two bathrooms, each tenant practically has their own. The bathroom you would be using has a Jacuzzi bath & shower in it.
Smoking is not allowed.
