Located 5 minutes walk from Angel (Northern Line), and 10 minutes from Farringdon tube (Hammersmith & City, Circle, Metropolitan, National Rail to Gatwick, Luton etc... plus Crossrail & Thameslink soon!), you're perfectly placed to explore the whole city. Even by foot, Soho, Shoreditch, the City, Southbank, Kings Cross are all reachable in under 30 minutes.

Amenity wise, apart from the huge supermarkets in Angel (Waitrose, Sainsbury, Iceland) there's also a small Sainsbury open 7-11pm every day that's only two minutes away, two lovely local pubs within a stone's throw, and new, state of the art 24/7 gym (a bargain at 20 pounds per month) moments from the flat.

The flat itself is on the fifth floor (with lift) in a safe, quiet, (ugly) block with an entrance shared with only one friendly neighbour - a quiet professor in his 50s that you just want to cuddle. Being high up means you've got lovely views of the city skyline, and practically no noise from the roads. Double glazing also helps keep the place calm, quiet, and warm.

One newly renovated room is available, and comes furnished as standard by those stylish people at Ikea. It's small but blessed with a lot of natural light thanks to a big window and well laid out to maximise storage. The room comes with a double bed, orthopaedic mattress, chest of drawers, double wardrobe, bedside table, and a desk. The room is available from t30th novflexible , earlier) onwards for single professionals and mature(ish) students wanting to stay for 9 months plus. (Sadly, we're not looking for shorter stays because we want the place to feel like a home and not a hotel!)

You'll be sharing the flat with a Aaron, a friendly professional and vegetarian. Aaron works in the City and enjoys photography. Everyone's friendly, relaxed and tidy, and are excited to share the flat with similarly lovely people!

There isn't a living room, but the guys currently hang out in the kitchen, plus with the Capital on your doorstep you can pick a different place to chill every day! The rest of the flat has also just recently been refurbished and includes all the essentials like washing machine, power shower, storage, and a secure place to lock your bike! It's not massive - but it's perfectly formed and wonderfully located 😀

There are no silly admin fees, and bills are included- which includes council tax, unlimited wifi, unlimited water, gas, electricity (plus lightning fast insurance if any problems with plumbing or electrics occur!). The deposit is one month’s rent and there is a one off charge of 21 pounds for the government deposit protection scheme - which protects your deposit, and I make no money from whatsoever.

As far as your landlord, I'm a young, friendly professional who doesn't mind if you have people over to stay, and wants you to treat the place like your home! I'm also an accredited landlord who deals with this on a daily basis so know how to make the place safe and secure for everyone, and get problems sorted asap so we can all get on with enjoying living in the centre of the world's greatest metropolis.
