It shares a bathroom with one other housemate and large lounge area. The 3rd bedroom has its own ensuite and is relatively independent to the house.

Location
Great location; 5 minutes walk to Angel tube (Northern Line). 10 minutes to Old Street, 30 minutes walk to the City so lots of potential to walk to work.

Santander bike docking station and bus stop 1-3 minutes walk away. Very well connected for buses (Soho, Southwark, Dalston, Liverpool St etc)

Angel is nice with loads of bars and restaurants. Right by the canal (2 mins) and have access to several supermarkets, gyms etc within a few minutes.

The flat
Victorian conversion with a huge living room, perfect for entertaining. With high ceilings throughout and large windows offering lots of light. There is a patio/garden area outside which we share with 1 other flat.

Figure stated is fully inclusive of all bills. This also includes a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks.

Friendly, easy-going, atmosphere in the flat. The 2 you'll be sharing, early 30's, professional kiwi and aussie that are tidy and lead busy social lives.
