Lovely large double in Angel avail Mar 14

Hi everyone, I’m Hayley. I’m moving out of my flat after 5 years and I hope this can be as much of a home to you as it has been to me!
The flat: 1 large double (the biggest room) in a 3 bed flat, a big kitchen (you will have two cupboards to yourself) with appliances (microwave, washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, freezer), big bright living room (photos taken at night) with dining table, a balcony overlooking a communal garden (perfect for those summer months!!), separate bathroom and toilet, which is great for sharing with 2 flat mates. There is bike storage in the communal area on the ground floor and a car park with an option to purchase day permits. The flat can be entered from colebrooke row or Camden walk (right next to the Camden Head - a perfect date spot if you’re feeling lazy ;)) All the advantages of being amongst the hussle and bustle of Angel with none on the noise!
The flatmates: I currently live with 2 lovely girls: Justine, 28, from Australia and Noelle, 30, from Ireland, who’s tenure in the flat ranges from 1 - 4 years! Lovers of baths, chats and a glass of wine or two over bake-off they are looking for a like-minded female flat mate who makes this flat a home.
When is it available: You must be able to move in by 14 or 15 March.
Rent and bills: Our rent is due on 14th each month. Bills are £115 per month due on 1st for internet, tv, gas and electric, cleaner. We also use splitwise app to share house purchases eg additional cleaning products
Deposit: £900 payable to me. I believe there’s also an agency fee to change the tenancy agreement and for referencing etc - the amount for this is tbc (I believe in the £150 region)
